We provide customers property with an Annual Lawn and Bush Maintenance Plan. We also provide an Annual Lawn Maintenance plan where the bushes are not included in the monthly maintenance. The Annual Lawn and Bush Maintenance Plan consists of 40 visits per year and provides customers with a pristine yard year-round and a levelized monthly payment. Each customer will get a schedule of what days and when we will be at the property for the entire year. Also since customers that agree to our Annual Lawn and Bush Maintenance Plans are showing loyalty to us, we like to show the appreciation back back giving them 10% off of our other services that are not included in the plan.
Lots of customers ask "what are the benefits of year-round service?"
The benefits are that we keep your yard looking pristine year-round by keeping up on the maintenance which lots of home owners neglect. Also allows customers to spend more time doing what they love like spending time with Family and friends or enjoying thier hobbies. We will keep the yard maintained so they dont have to worry or stress over it. The best part is during the hottest part of the Summer we will be there maintaining the property so you can enjot the A/C. We will be the ones getting all the small limbs up from a storm that blew through during the week. We will be the ones in the fall spending the time getting all the leaves up so it wont kill out the grass that has been growing all summer. During the coldest part of the winter, we will be the ones outside maintaining any bushes or small trees needing to be cut back because they are overgrown. We will be the ones to make and keep your yard pristine all year. Also by providing your yard with year-round service it prevents seperate fees like fall clean up (to pick up and remove leaves from property) or Spring clean up ( to pick up and remove leaves or small limbs that have been there all fall and winter from property, in order to prepare lawn for spring growing season). Also included is a Areation service (areates the soil to allow oxygen and nutrients get down to grass roots which promote new growth. also it loosens compacted soil which is bad for your grass) when customers sign up for Annual Lawn Maintenance Plans. There are so many benefits to provoiding year-round maintenance to your property that we are sure we are forgetting some.
"How can yall provide year-round maintenace when grass doesnt grow in the winter?"
Any time throughout the year there is always something to be doing on your property. Later in the year our visits will not be as frequent because the grass does not grow as quick, like during the summer. However there is truly always something to do on your property like cutting back bushes, trimming rose bushes or crepe myrtles. Also your some cool season grass will still grow at a slow rate that still needs to be cut to keep the properry looking prisitne. The customers that are currently on the Annual Lawn and Bush Maintenance Plan love that they don't have to get out in the colder months to try and maintain their property like it should be done.If you take a look at our schedule plan you can see what all we do during the winter months.
Below is a breakdown of the typical 40 visit schedule for the Annual Lawn and Bush Maintenance Plan.
• January- One visit (cut back any overgrown bushes or trim crepe myrtles/ pick up or blow off yard of any debris, blow off driveways or walkways/ remove any leaves on property that have fallen after Fall)
• February- 2 visits (finish cutting back any overgrown bushes/ pick up or blow off yard of any debris, blow off driveways or walkways/ regular lawn maintenance to keep yard pristine /2nd visit of month- aerate lawn areas for annual plan customers
• March- 2 visits (Spring yard cleanup (cleaning out flower beds of any weeds that developed through the winter)/ regular maintenance of fescue section of yards and “scalping” any sod yards to help promote new growth of sod yards/ 2nd visit consist of just regular Lawn Maintenance
• April- 4 visits (All visits are weekly Lawn Maintenance/ bush and hedge trimming will be done with regular maintenance as bush or hedge grows also herbicide will be sprayed in any flower beds on property to stop weed growth)
• May- 4 or 5 visits depending on day of service (All visits are weekly Lawn Maintenance/ bush and hedge trimming will be done with regular maintenance as bush or hedge grows also herbicide will be sprayed in any flower beds on property to stop weed growth)
• June- 4 or 5 visits depending on day of service (All visits are weekly Lawn Maintenance/ bush and hedge trimming will be done with regular maintenance as bush or hedge grows also herbicide will be sprayed in any flower beds on property to stop weed growth)
• July -4 or 5 visits depending on day of service (All visits are weekly Lawn Maintenance/ bush and hedge trimming will be done with regular maintenance as bush or hedge grows also herbicide will be sprayed in any flower beds on property to stop weed growth)

• November- 2 Visits (Mulching up leaves on property and mowing yard to keep yard pristine/ if any excess of mulched leaves on property they will be removed from property/ mulching leaves provide nutrients back into soil which will help grass withstand wintertime by providing vital nutrients back into the soil. If no leaves on property due to no trees being in proximity of property, then yard will be mowed to keep yard in pristine shape on both visits. Trim any bushes or hedges back that need to be trimmed at time of services)
