We provide customers property with an Annual Lawn and Bush Maintenance Plan. We also provide just an Annual Lawn Maintenance plan where the bushes are not included in the monthly maintenance. The Annual Lawn and Bush Maintenance Plan consists of 40 visits per year and provides customers with a pristine yard year-round and a levelized monthly payment. A typical mowing service will include Mowing the lawn area, string trimming/ weed eating the perimeter of the lawn, edging the driveway or any edges of walkways, and blowing off any mowing debris from driveways and walkways. Pine Straw can be installed all year round, most customers like it to be installed in spring or fall due to the bright summer sunshine fading the pine straw at a faster rate. Pine straw will add curb appeal to your property when properly placed. We do deliver and install pine straw all over North Georgia. We will come out and measure for you during a quote, so don't worry about trying to figure out on how to measure it. We will make sure that the recommended depth of 2 or 3 inches will be achieved when calculating the number of bales needed for your property. If we are short any bales during the instillation process, due to our fault while calculating, we will cover the cost and labor for the mishap. No surprise cost at the end of the Job. We can clean out overgrown flower beds, brush across a tree line or any part of the property that the customer needs cleaned up. With the experience and equipment we have, we will easily bring the property back to its former glory or transform into what the customer wants it to look at. With a property cleanup we charge by the half day or by the full day. Also included is the disposal fee for hauling off any debris that the customer wants removed from property. Depending on the time of year, a customer might be in need of a Spring/ Fall Cleanup. Similar to our property cleanup, we charge a half day rate or a full day rate and the disposal fee is included with the price.

Spring Cleanups consist of preparing the customers yard for the upcoming growing season. We remove any leaves or sticks/ limbs from the property that has been there through the winter. Then we will trim back any bushes that can be trimmed this time of year. By trimming bushes, it helps promote new growth on the bushes. Then we will aerate the yard to allow more oxygen and nutrients to reach the grass roots. Aerating the yard also allows for hard compacted soil to loosen so that new grass can grow in soil better. We also will perform a mowing service on the yard. We can scalp the yard if its Bermuda or Zoysia sods. All other types of grasses will be cut down to a desired height by the property owner.

Fall Cleanups consists of preparing the yard for winter and early spring seaons.Leaves usually start falling around October and usually are done falling around December. We will pick up and remove from the property. We trim back any bushes that can be trimmed this time of year. We also will perform a mowing service on the yard.
